Who can join?

NAPC membership is free and open to professionals across health and care who have an interest in health and care transformation, neighbourhood care development, integrated working and population health improvement.
  • Are you involved in collaborative and innovative approaches to personalised health, care and wellbeing within communities delivered through integrated neighbourhood teams?
  • Are you focused on improving outcomes for people and the workforce that serves them?
  • Do you strive to create a more sustainable healthcare system locally and nationally?

If so, then we want to hear from you – please complete the membership form below to become a member of the NAPC today.

What does it involve?

By signing up you will be the first to learn about our work on neighbourhood care development through our blogs, podcasts, newsletters, members events and webinars. As an NAPC member you have the opportunity to influence national policy as the collective voice of the NAPC, to showcase your work through our national communications and engagement, as well as inspire others by sharing your learning and expertise with like minded colleagues.

We are seeking members who want to join our social movement for change, as we collectively inspire and motivate each other to deliver transformational change across health and care, improving the lives of people, communities and the workforce that serves them.
