Why join NAPC?

Becoming part of NAPC gives you the opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of health and care. As a member, you will have the opportunity to:
  1. Influence national policy – contribute your perspective to NAPC’s collective voice in consultations and national forums, ensuring your experiences and insights reach the people shaping tomorrow’s health and care system.
  2. Implement change in practice – learn directly from peers across health and social care who are tackling the same challenges, discover practical approaches that work, and take those ideas back to improve your professional experience and the health of your own community.
  3. Inspire others through leadership – showcase your achievements at national events, in blogs and podcasts, and be recognised for the difference you are making in improving health and wellbeing.
