Health technology provides us with the opportunity to really enhance the patient experience and patient outcomes as well as relieve the pressure on health care professionals.
The pandemic required us to work very differently and think about how we reorganise care models and deploy staff in a much more innovative way. As a result we have devised and delivered support to systems to enable them to accelerate the adoption of technology across primary and secondary health care all aimed at helping the NHS achieve better outcomes for their populations, better insights on how to provide care and supporting better working lives.
The new generation of health technology is sensitive to the user experience and by collaborating with systems, we are able to create a better environment to work in partnership with clinicians and commissioners to deploy technology to the benefit of patients and those using it.

NAPC has been a strategic and implementation partner supporting NWL Digital First since 2020 (it’s first year of operation) and continues to do so. We have brought a deep understanding of the market landscape, implementing and monitoring innovation in healthcare, including digital health products and diagnostics, as well as the expertise in primary and integrated care.
NAPC has worked with colleagues locally to develop the programme year by year starting with strategy, and developing into implementation of long term conditions (LTC) management solutions, quantitative and qualitative evaluation and the spread of digital technology.
Most recently we have developed a bespoke digital “front of house” training programme to support Care Navigators with digital innovations being used as part of their role. This has been developed and delivered with our expert team in Primary Care Care Navigation and digital implementation.
