Primary care networks – what’s next?

Registered your primary care network (PCN) and now thinking about the next steps?

Our next NAPC event on 10 July will be exploring the next stage for PCNs – including strengthening and forging new partnerships, legal considerations relating to the new contract, leadership, team development, understanding population health needs and how to go forward with new roles including recruiting and developing link workers.

The day will be packed with practical sessions and will also cover organisational development and quality improvement, best practices examples and case studies.

Learn from advanced sites

You will hear from primary care homes – which are established primary care networks – on how they have transitioned from forming partnerships to understanding the health needs and risks of populations. And we will let you know the latest research on some of the key ingredients that led to the successful embedding of integrated care.

Federations

We will also explore the role federations are playing in PCN development.

Tickets are priced at the following:

  • £50 + VAT (per place) for NAPC members and primary care home sites
  • £120 + VAT for one free place and NAPC membership for a year for a single GP practice, community pharmacy, dental practice, opticians (usually this membership alone is £120 + VAT)
  • £360 +VAT for two free places and NAPC membership for a federation or primary care network (usually this membership alone is £360 + VAT)
