NAPC has launched a coaching service to support colleagues to improve their personal effectiveness, career progression and wellness within the workplace
Our coaching is for colleagues and teams at all levels of seniority across healthcare, offering expert guidance and support on working through barriers to personal or team progression and exploring opportunities for growth.
Our qualified and highly experienced coaches can deliver developmental coaching as well as cover a range of specialisms from neighbourhood care development to digital leadership. They will support you to develop strategies and practical steps to help you meet challenges and reach your full potential.
Our coaches have worked closely with NAPC leading the development of neighbourhood care, population health improvement and integrated working over many years. They have worked directly on our programmes, which now cover every integrated care system in the country, to support and empower health and care staff to lead and pioneer change, foster innovation and enable new ways of working to deliver integrated care.
Coaching is available to colleagues at all levels across primary care and the wider health system, from system and trust executive level to members of frontline clinical teams.
Our coaching support is confidential and you will have the opportunity to work closely with your coach to develop your progression plan – all support is bespoke to your needs.
If you are interested in our coaching services, please can you email napc@napc.co.uk and specify if you are interested in team, one to one or executive coaching.
