Want to set up a primary care network but unsure about how to get started?
Our next members’ event will focus on the practical steps, you can take to get on the road and further develop primary care at scale.
Attendees will hear from primary care homes – established primary care networks – on how they got started – from the way they developed strong relationships with community, social care and voluntary sector colleagues, to the methods they used to co-design services and develop a team-based approach to care.
The main speakers will be Andy Mullins and Dr Johnny Marshall, who are leading primary care home (PCH) development in Dorset and Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK).
Developing a primary care home or network is about joining up not only practices but first contact providers – a complete care community coming together to improve the health and wellbeing of their local population. The day will be packed with learning and steps to start developing the PCH and primary care network model.
The event is free for NAPC members. Non-members can attend by becoming an NAPC member at a discounted fee of £100 (+VAT)*. This will give you access to a host of other member benefits – including our other members’ events throughout the year.
* Applies to single GP practice, community pharmacy, dental practice, and opticians. Other membership options available.
