Annual conference

NAPC Annual Conference 2018

The National Association of Primary Care’s annual conference is a unique event which brings people together from across primary care – connecting, sharing and shaping the future of healthcare.

Keynote speakers and strand sessions will explore all aspects of managing and delivering primary care, discuss the challenges, innovative solutions and provide how-to examples and case studies that can be replicated.

In the keynote theatre, sessions cover a range of topics including prevention, succeeding at integration and delivering the NAPC’s primary care home model which has now expanded to more than 200 sites across England. All the annual conference keynote sessions can be found here.

We are delighted to announce that the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock MP will be speaking on the second day of our annual conference at 1030am.

There are four conference strands – learning from primary care homes, innovation, NHS70 and integration. Details of the strand sessions are available via the links above.

The annual conference opens at lunchtime on Wednesday 17 October at Best Practice at the NEC in Birmingham and closes just after 4pm on Thursday 18 October. (Please note the primary care home (PCH) national event for the PCH community of practice begins at 9.15am on Wednesday.)
